We live in Colorado and the child is 21 years old and lives in Iowa. We finally saw a picture of this child and my husband doesn't believe this child is his. He still believes that since this child is not his he is refusing to pay the back child support that he owes. She was a swinger at the time of conception of the mother and doesn't look like any part of his family. Are there any laws in the books pertaining to parernity after the child reaches the age of 18 years old. This we feel needs to be done for the proper medical information of this child. We also want this back child support taken care of, but because he (my husband) won't pay this until he knows. She was still married to whom we believe the father is at the time of conception to another man who still lives in the state of Iowa and when the child was born her name on the the birth certificate states her name as: Allysa Desiree Bordwell-Jonas. Bordwell was her first husbands name. Can you help?

The father of my child only has visitation every other weekend and every other month he gets 1 overnight visitation weekend. The last couple of visits he has kept him longer the last was first of June he kept him for 3 nights even though it goes against court orders and I didn't agree to it, I made a police report. The prior visit I went and picked my son up with help of the deputy for that county. The emailed me stating he was going to p/u my son again for his visitation this weekend and would not be returning him until the following wednesday. I responded by telling him he can't per the court orders. He has said he doesn't give a sh.. about the orders. He works out of state now and has not notified the courts of this, which per the orders is required. He has also moved from his residence due to not only coming back to our home state every three weeks but again has not notified the courts of this either. I know if I let him take our son on saturday he will not return him on sunday or even possible take him out of state or he could return him as he said. I my is only 2 1/2yrs old, I should mention. What should I do??

My question is this we are 3 brothers. one of my elder brother take his part of my Father property already. but we don't write any legal paper. now what i do.. because he want again his part but there are no .. because he already taken...

hi can anybody help. i am a young mother with a 4 year old daughter. my childs father is bring me to court on tuesday for what i dont know as he has access to her every sat and every second sat she stays over night, he can have her wed to but he doesnt want to. lately he has been sending me really bad texts on my phone saying im a bad mother because my daughter has some trouble with her speech which she has been seen by doctors and they say everythings ok, he also says im a bad mother because she still has a doddy and her little blanket and he says she has no manners, this is all because his new partner has a 5 year old son and he is compering my daughter with him which i think is terrible that her own father would do that surely this isnt right? i am stressed out over this as he is always texting and saying stuff about this and that!
