    Is it legal for a company to make you use your vacation for "PLANT SHUTDOWN with the exception for the shipper?

    Going on vacations can be beneficial to one's health. Personally I enjoy vacations. However, it almost seemed like your vacation was 'forced'. I am not certain if that is legal.

    Yes I love vacations too. But regarding the case, it depends on a contract or agreement.
