A Lesson
here is a great example in a story about a client of who was having a terrible morale problem in his office. The manager had asked his people what they wanted from him. They requested that he drop by their offices once in a while and that they schedule regular meetings with him. He was doing both things but morale continued to get worse.

"Informal Body Language" is a whole set of behaviours that would give an impression to the others about the kind of person you are. These things does matter a lot in the corporate world. It could be the way you dress, the way smell, the way you walk, the way you laugh and even the way you talk. It would also include self discipline and respect to others as mentioned in the previous post. It's just that you should be cautions about every move of yours, it speaks about your professionalism and that's what matter the most here.

There is probably a definition of this phrase in the employee handbook. We can all speculate about what it means (as it may seem obvious), but the exact definition will be determined by the employer. There is no legal concept of "informal body language."

A lesson
Here in his office was a terrible morale problem in a story about a customer is a great example. The manager asked him what they wanted their people. They have requested that their office and drop by once in a while that they schedule regular meetings with him. But two things he was doing was bad for morale.
Warfield was called in to study the situation and found that when he "dropped in" people's offices, he would take the entire door or walk in, your desk to come and look at those eyes - even they were on the phone. This of course everyone was discouraged and certainly the message that was sent to your space in their place - assertive body language. Meetings, he sit with your hands behind your head, cross your legs will lean back and look at the ceiling, your body is saying that he has all the answers that really disappointed to know that every language.
Her body language changed, he changed completely morale.
