taxpayer Identification number (TIN) Please help! Hi Sr,Ma'am! im having an issue about my taxpayer Identification number (TIN) with my present employer. i dont have a TIN number yet.Im almost 2 years working in a well knowned company, but every time i visit our human capital delivery office.Their always saying that their still processing my TIN number. (thats the only word that you can hear from them with out having any progress) before they hired me in this position i already submited the documents and after 6months i consulted them because i dont have the TIN number yet tagged in my payslip. well, i submited another set of document again for it. I've submited all the requirements they needed several times to process my papers.yet i keep on failing to achieve that. their deducting 20% tax regularly from my salary with out knowing where that money goes at. well im receiving an annual tax refund but im only achieving 10% tax refund and thats with tax also from my total tax deduction a year.(so unfair!) we have 18 members in our team 7 of us are having the same problem. we already file a complaint to the Bureau of internal revenue (BIR) or Internal Revenue Service (IRS) but they didnt conduct any further actions. please give us an idea on how we can resolve this. we dont really know the law. thanks!

It is better if you can research online with related issue or something like having your own lawyer to explain every detail of the situation - the cause and effect. You will learn a lot from there
