Doctor's note Hi, I live in Tucson, and i've heard that an employer can't keep a copy of your doctor's notes here, I've been looking everywhere online for advice on this if anyone knows where I can get something to print out to show my work it would be greatly appriciated or if anyone has any advice on this at all, thanks

Does any one know where to find direct employer from U.S. , i'm living in Philippines and hoping to find a work in the U.S. that would pave a way to having a working visa

you can try to ask their birth records from national statistics, i think they have already online sites for that. but i dont think you can do that if its not who is the owner of the birth certificate or something but then just try maybe it will work. goodluck!

well i thinks the statistics office can release a copies of their birth certificates. and asking a copy of it is not wrong since you are the employer, you can ask this kind of documents to your employees.

sometimes a driver license or passport can be sufficient because typically you need those certificates to get them and therefore such may be the fact that they can document or prove their birth territory..
