California. In the middle of divorce and my soon to be X got a bogus TRO on me. We keep a childrens Journal and she has invited me to many events with her and even bought me tickets to the events with the kids. I recently have been informed that even though she initiates the contact I am violating by accepting. I have voicemails of her invites and invites by her in writing as well happy family pictures from these events that she has provided me. How seriously will the Courts treat my violation? and do I have grounds for dismissle of the TRO.
