Thread: Around how many years,months or days, would he be in jail?

I wanna know how i can keep the father of my kids away from me and my kids he shouldnt be around me or my kids thanks to his violent history i want to know if even though he is listed as paying child support can i still keep him away like if he has a restraining order i know i can extend that for two years and i will but does he still have the right to see my kids? i don't want him around bothering us anymore i want him out of our lives and i just want to do anything posible to not have him contact us again.

its wrong that you want to keep your kids away from their father even he has the right to see them.
