Thread: Being abused

My sister is being physically abused by her husband and she has a 2 year old daughter. She does not want to take her daughter away from the daddy but she does not want to take the abuse anymore. She wants to move out of state to live with me but she is scared that her husband will come after her or try to say that she kidnapped her daughter. She is so confused and i have no idea what i can do to help her and we don't have the money to get an attorney. I am scared that he is going to end up killing her or accidentally hurting my niece.
What should i do?

call the police get a lawyer
