Default Alternative Payment Strategies

My firm will often be asked to represent the "poorer" spouse in a domestic relations case. For instance, in a divorce case right now we are representing a photographer who makes much less than his physician wife. The husband did not have money to pay a significant advancement of legal fees. We agreed to be paid once a temporary order is in place and he has access to money. I have begun to promote this as something that differentiates my firm on my websites (Phoenix Divorce Lawyer | Arizona Family Law Attorney | Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Paradise Valley, Maricopa County, AZ and Deloughery Law Office, P.C. Phoenix Arizona Attorney Lawyer)

My question is, how many other attorneys do this?
