Default Been Set-UP

Can anyone please help me I been married for 17 years with 3 children. I believe my husband has set me up. Back in Dec 2007 we tried to get a home equity loan and he told me that because of my credit rating I need to sign a paper at the bank so he could get the line of credit without me on it. Like a good wife I sign the paper. The money was untouch until March 22 and then on March 24 my husband filed for divorce. He has stop paying the house payment and will not pay the line of credit loan either. I have been a stay at home mom for all these years. We do own a business which is only about 2 years old and I do get a small salary from the business since it is half mine. The salary would allow me to make the house payment but not the equity line. We have two vehicles which are both in his name and one is paid off and he left me the one that was not paid and now the bank is going to take it because I cannot make the large payment. My husband stated he wants it if I am not going to make the payment but he will not give me the other vehicle. I did get an attorney which I had to give 3500 retainer and he is not helping me at all. It seem that I must lose everything and my husband take everything. I was informed that I could not have a garage sale and yet my husband came and took what every he wanted from the garage. I of course have no more large fund to pay another attorney. Can someone tell me if I have any recourse with my husband and the 130,000 equity line of money he took two days before he filled divorce. Should I seek another attorney? Need help fast.
