Default Help Me Please..

I havent had contact with my husband for about 4 years now.. I dont know where he could be at, all I know is where he was last known to live.. Everyone says that I can still file for divorce, and I understand that.. But to throw a little twist in the story, we have a child together, the child is with him and has been since he threw me out of the house in 2002. Is it still possible for a divorce of this type, "Default Divorce"? I know he wouldnt hurt our child, so Im not going to fight him on him keeping them. I just want to get a divorce from this man.. Please help me!

You didn't say what state you reside in. If it is Florida, you can file for divorce yourself. Need help? Email me at affparalegal@aol.com

An attorney will need to know what state you are in since laws differ by state.
