Default Help in Oklahoma

I have a friend who lives in Oklahoma and she has wned a divorce from her husband for many years now. The problem is she says is that the laws in OK are different the husband must agree, otherwise they have t go to court.

Now shes not a dumb person but she cant seem to explain it to me as to why this is a problem. can anyone explain to me what the laws are on OK?

also hes a mormon decan and shes a wicca (odd couple huh) hes got the church and their money on his side, theyhave a child and when she tred to divorce he was trying to take custody of the kid, frankly just to hurt her

ALSO he wants her to pay alimony so he can live "the life he is acustomed to" she doesnt work she is partly blind and suffering from full kidney failure but she does get workers comp. and disability benefits, so thats what he wants

i dont know the whole thing seems crazy to me can anyone help out here?
