OK, my title is just a part of all the issues related to my divorce.
To be short, I am french resident in MIchigan and my wife is German and a top CEO of a wery well know german company. I used to be a staying home father for my minor children(they have dual nationality US and German). My wife kicked me out by November 2008 because she found a girlfriend to replace me. She told me that she did not need me any longer and that I have to leave USA right away without question and if I do not want any problem. she also mentioned that if I tried to stay for trying to see the children she was going to fill for the divorce and get a restrictive order for the children. I did not want to listen and i decided to stay for seeing my children. she consequently filled for the divorce. She got some colleagues to make fake accusations, and her girlfriend is a former cop for the testimonies a getting fake or fearfull witnesses. It was enough for her to convince the court with a careless juge to make myself sounds like a criminal with horrible accusation. Now, I can bearly see my children, and I have been for the past monts in some serious issues because my wife is using all her power inside her company to kick me out from USA. Another problem is that The juge does not understand the immigration and international issues we have there, and he gave all his favor, so far, to my wife because she looks more establish and respectable than i because I was in the street after she kicked me out. He also juge me as a full US citizen without taking in consideration that I can't work legally in USA now.
Also, one of the former prosecutor of the county i live told me that the juge is acting this way because of the economy of the state and the state needs her company to maintain the balance of the economy local. I think I need help...I can't see my 2 babies that I was taking care before everything started and it tors my heart apart.
