    National origin discrimination

Discrimination because of national origin is illegal under federal law. It may also be illegal under the laws of your state. I can provide only the following general information. An attorney licensed in your state can evaluate your potential claims, and you should not consider anything in this post as offering legal advice or creating an attorney/client relationship.

Now I'm learning a lot here. Discrimination is part of a job. But I think it's good to have lawyers inside the HR Department to produce not only quality results but to produce good people too.

Discrimination is illegal but an obvious part of a job. Its a nice suggestion to have some legal department in workplace.

Do not be afraid to take action as the law also prohibits employers from retaliating against an employee who made a complaint, filed charges, or participated in an investigation about discrimination.
