Online chatting with US minor girl.Please help me ASAP

Iam in late 20's male from India...I was chatting online with an us lady once and unfortunately..her kid logged in with her moms account.. who is 15 f.I just talked couple of casual words with her..the girl said that she is 15..at that time i dint knew that it is illegal to talk to 18- online.So i continued asking few casual questions.I never asked any thing about sex either directly or by cam or dint propose any adult content.Then she said that it is illegal to talk to minor..then i said sorry and bye.
After a day..her mom came online and said that i was trying to build conversatio with her daughter.I tried to explain that i was not aware the rules..but she said that she is gonna report this. Am i in a real trouble?Please help me ASAP .Iam so worried about this.
I didnot had any bad intention behind chatting with that girl

you can sue on her and on her daughter for using of fake account ID, once this account using by lady and after that his daughter its also illegal, try to clear them about it.

The mother should punish the daughter for getting online chatting with an adult.AlsoI know this all too well many people DO lie you maybe never know the true age of the girl nor she of you.If you really didnt talk about sex or any sex related issues I don't even see where you are in violations.The supposively mother would then have to have evidence as well copy your chats somehow.Noone can charge anyone for a crime without evidence.I had an issue with someone who hacked into very sensitive info and I called the police and he said he couldnt do much as of yet cause gathering background info etc you can pay for but I did save the chats now if he tried to call or tried to show up here I could definately do more.I wouldnt worry to much about it b/c first off the lil brat shouldn't even be chatting online the mother needs to discipline her more but sadly some kids get away with anything cause there are so many crappy parents in the world.Block the girl and end contact would be a good move too.
