Help i got arrested for not paying restaurant tab

First of all my gratitude for all that take time out of their day to help others, very much appreciated...
My South Florida arrest, charged with Grand Larceny >500 - <5000 for being unable to pay restaurant tab.
I was at Hard Rock Casino playing Black Jack with my G-Friend, while playing I had been socializing with a gentleman sitting next to my G-Friend. After a few hours of loosing and socializing, the gentlemen in question along with his friend had asked me and my G-Friend if we would care to accompany them to one of the Casino's restaurants in which they offered to pay. We accepted and proceeded to Restaurant which after seated the gentlemen ordered for themselves as well asking us what we wanted in from of waiter.
We both ordered seafood ranging from 35.00 - 50-00 a plate, the gentlemen ordered 2 expensive bottles of wine along with placing their own orders. After about an half hour into the meal one of the guys nose started to bleed profusely, the nose bleeders friend grabbed his cloth napkin, placed it to his nose and told him to apply pressure, they both than left the table telling us they were going to the bathroom to address the nose bleed.
30 minutes had passed by when waiter came to the table with the check and asked us if that was all, I replied by telling the waiter I didn't know if the guys where done yet that they were both in the restroom taking care of a bloody nose. The waiter replied back telling us he had seen them both leave the restaurant. Of course at that point we both felt our stomachs drop for the bill was over a 1000.00 and we knew there was no way in hell we could pay if these guys left us here, so we explained to the waiter what had happened and that the gentlemen in question where the ones who ordered and where the ones paying the bill. Waiter than brings manager over to the table in which the manager ask us how we intended to pay, our response was that we had only ordered fish and the guys who were paying for this meal had left, whether they did it on purpose sticking us with the tab or something serious had happened to his friend in which he took him to the hospital. Anyways all was explained to the manger however; he did not care and demanded his money or we would go to jail. Only thing we could do at this point was too offer payment for our meals only, which we did, still manager denies partial payment and says if we did not have the funds to cover entire meal he had to call police. Nothing we could do at this point for we did not have the money to pay this large of a tab, we did insist that if he allowed us to leave we could make payments to cover the meal over the next 3 months, another wards we tried to make some kind of payment arrangements that fit our budgets. This manager would not budge, so tribal police was called, after which we explained exactly the same as we did the manager, the cop asked the manager if he would allow some kind of payment over time which he refused along with a rebuttal asking the cop to call county sheriff to have us thrown in jail. Tribal Cop did what manager had asked, shortly thereafter sheriff came arrested us and brought us to jail where we sat for 18 hours before bailing out.
So those who read this fully understand, I'm a God fearing women who has never hurt anyone, I have never, ever had any issue with the law before. In fact I have only received 4 traffic tickets my whole life which is the most I have been in trouble with the law. I was really traumatized by this experience, I had multiple panic attacks while in jail those 18 hours, and it was pure hell. I just can

couldn't you have charged it to your credit card? it sounded like you got scammed. if the guys had any good intentions at all, he would've came back to the table to at least let you know they were leaving.
