My fiance' used to live in Miami, US when he was younger. he got charged with assault and battery and i think theft, and was under house arrest for a period of time before then having to complete an anger management course. before he could complete his house arrest his parents flew him back to australia without consent. i think they actually cut his ankle bracelet off. this was all when he was only 16. he is now 26 and we are planning our honeymoon back to the US (LA) will this stop him gaining entry, or can they arrest him when he arrives? im really worried about us going there, but his parents seems to think that because he was a juvenille and it was so long ago that it should be ok. can you pls offer some advise? im so worried!!
