How long cops allowed to follow you for?
Tracked me again all the way down North. Plates RUB304 or 304RUB, one of the two.

What do you mean exactly? Follow you for what? Do you mean to literaly follow behind you, and watch where you're going? If so, then they have no limit as far a time. Their only limit is jurisdiction. In most cases, your safe from one police department a few miles outside the boarder of their town (if it's a local PD). However, if you leave town while they are following you, they can continue several miles out, in "close continuous persute". Then they just radio ahead to the next town, and have THOSE cops chase you. Now, that's just for LOCAL police departments (city or town police) but if you are being chased by a sherrif's deputy, the they can follow you throughout the entire county. State troopers can go anywhere in the state. Boarder patrol has limitations, but they're not worth mentioning. Just assume that the can go wherever they want.
In summary...
Don't tryto outrun the cops. You'll just go to jail tired.

I did not understand why the cops are following you repeatedly?
Were you speeding or doing something illegal ?
