Hypothetical question about extradition
I have no intention of doing this. This is only hypothetical. A few of my married friends and I started talking about whats the best way to kill your wife and get away with it. Again this is not real. I think I had the best idea. It involves taking a vacation to a country the united states has no relationship/extradition treaty with. The example I used was Saudi Arabia. So you would go on vacation with your wife to Saudia Arabia. While in Saudi Arabia you kill your wife. Then you come back to the United States and admit you killed her while in Saudi Arabia. Now heres where the disagreement comes in. I say you would get away with it. While my friends somehow think the united states could charge you with a crime you commit in another country. So whats the deal. What would happen in this case?
Again this is not real, I just want to win this argument.
