Need advice to protect myself.

Hi,

I am being hired as a bodyguard for some guy. I don't have any weapons or anything to carry, I just protect him physically if hes attacked(self defense with reasonable force) . I am not aware of my boss's activities at all. But he may get arrested, if he does and I get arrested too. How do I protect myself, what kind of agreement can I sign with my boss to protect myself, to disassociate myself from his actions? Also want to protect myself from my boss too, so he doesn't try to stick anything on me for whatever reason.

The first, pls get some weapon which an helpful for you. Maybe you need to them when you had problem.
The second, before sign a contract with him,you must given a option agrement about what is the term you do, the term isn't done...Remember created a contract.

You really need to dig deep and find out what kind of business your boss is in and dissociate if you find him dealing with any unlawful activities. If you are unable to figure his profession out, you can just get a contract made that states that your sole responsibility is to help him get basic security and you have no knowledge or connection to his business and activities.

I think you shouldn't sign the documents which are not related to the business and you should only have the idea of any document that you are signing even if it is related to your business.

well the very fmes in my mind is that do u have any prior knowldege for martial arts or personal body guard if not than thst is dangerous for you as well as for the person who has hied you
