I was arrested today for shoplifting toothpaste that was worth in total about $3. I was taken in handcuffs and everything and had my finger prints taken. Ive never been arrested for anything before and am only 19 and a very poor college student. What should i do in court to avoid having a tube of toothpast plague me for the rest of my life.
