Selling to a Minor

Hi, over the summer I accidentally sold alcohol to a minor, and tobacco to a minor, they were both part of a police sting operation. The reason I am worried is because a year ago I had a DUI and they gave me a 2 year probabtional period. More or less what do you think I should be prepared for, and what can I do to lesser my chances of a harsh ruling? If more information is needed just ask.

Always say what state you are in: each state's criminal laws are different. Well, it sounds like a minor offense, but complicated by a probation violation. Get a lawyer...if you don't a short jail stint is possible, although I don't know the state, I think the situation is serious enough to warrant strong representation.
