    Probation Question

Hello I have a question concerning my probation.

My call-in date is supposed to be "The first Wednesday of every month" which is today. it is my second month on probation and I believe I missed the call-in date. It was an honest mistake, I simply forgot, I called in about 20 minutes ago (2:15pm) and it went straight to the voice mail so I'm assuming she is out for the day, I left a message apologizing that I missed my call-in date and that I would call back first thing in the morning tomorrow.

I was arrested for a DUI after blowing a tire and going off the road, I got a concussion and was shaken so I failed the field sobriety test (No alcohol, no drugs in the car, wasn't under the influence of anything.) But since I failed the field sobriety test the officer cuffed me and took me back to the station and convinced me to take a urine test and they found marijuana from 3 weeks prior, then I got a DUI on top of my failure to control.

Anyways, I am totally clean (no drugs in my system), all of my fines are paid, I've completed the 3 day driver intervention program, and I have been in no trouble since then. If I call first thing in the morning tomorrow what are my chances of getting a violation and going to jail?

I know the common answer is (its up to your probation officer.) but thats just going to drive me crazy for the rest of the day. Would it be better to come up with an excuse other than I simply forgot or shall I just tell the truth?

    Thanks.

For the secure and safe you must tell the truth and take your mistakes. Don't be worried about their feedback because you just do a mistakes.
