    Restraining order court no show.

    I have a restraining order against my ex, if I don't go to court will they extend and keep the restraining order in place?

    i would definitely go to court to make sure or call a lawyer to verify.

    Yes it may take loner so better to do is tell it to an attorney and make a schedule on going to the so the the court also prepared for this cases.

    Its better that you go to the court neither you can be considered as a offender.

    You can go and tell the correct situation and ask for some delay in process till you get the the right time to continue.
