Restraining order court no show.
I have a restraining order against my ex, if I don't go to court will they extend and keep the restraining order in place?

Hello !!
Its better that you go to the court neither you can be considered as a offender.
You can go and tell the correct situation and ask for some delay in process till you get the the right time to continue.
Thanks
