Please tell me you can help me...
I'll try to keep this brief, but spell it out as best possible. My daughter is a Meth addict and I honestly believe a large part of it is from her mother's poor parental skills. When my wife and I were divorcing and my daughter of 13 was seeking answers, I was not there for her, do to my drinking, and her mother of sound mind, just brushed my daugthers issues off. Had I been told about them, I would of put my foot down and curbed the drinks. This daughter is my world. Anyway, time went on and my ex continued to hide things from me and basically back burnered my daughter's questions and concerns. Here we are now, my daughter 4 years into Meth, 2 kids and two felony charges, which she will most like do time for.
I so blame my ex but could never nail her. Well now I hope I can, depending on what you tell/advise me.
I found out that my daughter took the check I gave her and told the company to debit me each month, per her mother.. I gave her a written out check in the amount of $84.00... I believe she and maybe her mother conspired and told the insurance company to deduct the needed $84.00 a month from my account. I was not awhere of this, nor did I give her permisson to do so. In talking with her, she told me that her mother told her, don't worry about it, just let it slide, your dad will probably never catch it.
So what we have here a a mother of sound mind, advising my bewilldered daughter wrong things to do. My ex also swayed my daughter into having the first child, telling me later, she thought it would help my daughter get off Meth.
I would like to go to the Judge and also explain the years of horrible parenting my ex has done to my daughter. She was a honor student and a wonder girl. The divorce and my ex ingoring her, killed her, so to speak.
Please tell me I can go after my ex for insighting a felony.
If you have any questions, please ask me.
Bill

Nope. "Instigating a felony" is not a chargeable criminal offense.

So telling someone it's going to be alright if you do the felony is ok? There is no instructing charge or clause? Mother to child, child is an adult. So the only one I can charge is my daughter?
