    police brutality need advice

I need some advice, a few months ago I was witness to a man being hit by 3 drunk police officers not in uniform and 2 officers that were and who simply looked on and watched. The man then was summonsed to court and was being charged with hitting the police officers. Being his witnessed I also went. In the court room was at least 10 armed police officers. I never had a chance to testify the judge simply suspended the case. The case has now been suspeneded 4 times. I dont know why this is taking so long. Especially when there is a municipal camera that recorded the whole entire event.
I have left out a few details but please if anybody can help me I will happily fill in them in.
PS I need help because I am testifing against 5 police offficers who still work where I live and they have been following me. I have video of this and much more! What should I do? I have talked to many people in government and nothing.

As you have said the court is suspending the case continuously, also you dident mentioned here whether you have hired any Lawyer or not If not then get 1. If you have hired a Lawyer and still this is happening then I think you need Public Support, try to get local press and Media support If you will be able to get this the case will be solved automatically.

Police brutality is a term used to describe any excessive and unnecessary physical force, assault, or verbal abuse used by law enforcement when dealing with the public. The United States Code, the laws that govern the day to day running of the country, states that any person working under the authority of a state law enforcement body who violates the civil rights of anyone in the U.S. is liable to pay for any damages they cause.

    call a lawyer

Based on what you say, you may or may not have a civil rights lawsuit. I don't know anything about your case. I don't know the facts, the people involved or even where it is.

An attorney in your area will likely give you a free consultation and will be willing to take the case on contigency (don't pay the lawyer unless and until you win).

Whether or not the lawyer takes the case, you should get some good advice.
