I am charged with conspiracy for 2 counts; while in custudy with 2 Hialeah, Florida detectives they made me lie to my 16 years old as to my location and was told to tell the truth and I would go home. After I told the truth, they held me for 5 hours with no news and was taken to jail with out nobody telling me. I told them that I suffer from panic attacks. Now my plea is coming up and I have to face the detectives as part of the plea. I am suffering from depression and anxierty attacks. I feel the attorney appointed by the court is not fighting for my rights. I had to beg and borrow money to get a letter from the psychiatrist.
