Default Copy Right Act 2001

Cyber Crime.
The law of defamation addresses harm to a person's reputation or good name through slander and libel. The web has made it easier than ever before to disseminate defamatory statements to a worldwide audience with impunity. For some time, courts have struggled with remedies for Web defamation. The problem has been magnified by the difficulty in identifying the perpetrator, and the degree to which (ISP's) should be held accountable for facilitating the defamatory activity.

This requires registration of a particular domain name and web site under the DNS. However, this practice has spawned a new industry in valuable domain names.
Since the process of registration of domain names is simple and on 'first come, first served' basis, the only thing that should be avoided is the issuance of duplicate domain names.

The business world runs on products. Profits and losses, revenue forecasts, and product offerings are all the lifeblood of a company and they're all driven by products. The largest companies in the world today owe their value not only to the property they own or the property they manufacture, but also to their "intellectual property" - the ideas they create.
