Hi I would like to use a few words or quote
from an article in a newspaper the financial
times without having to get permission.

I would like to use the quote for backing
up an idea I have.
I would cite the quote and
I want to use it in a commercial book
that I am writing.
I want to use about 26 words and the
article is probably 700+ words.
I assume the laws are similar in Canada, US and UK
for this kind of quote
I am fairly certain this is okay as it falls under Canadian fair
dealing,
