I have an ex-associate who claims I can not use the image of a horse because she has not granted me copyright.

The ownership of said horse is being determined in court. Her claim is that she and another person are the owners, not our corporation.

She continually files copyright claims any time we post our history video. Is there any way to prevent this type of harassment? How on earth do you copyright a HORSE?
