Trespeso Music is a small New Zealand Registered Company
producing music in Cuba and Licensing to TV/Film in the US.
I also have several Ideas RE: TV/Film/Books ready to be pitched.

The contacts (several very well established Ent. Companies & Individuals)
are there to begin approaching for development of ideas as well as further exploitation of our large music catalogue. Trespeso have some deals in place generating some income, but an "Acting on our behalf Attorney" we have NOT.

Trespeso needs an Attorney interested in our cause and objectives, we're cash-less but open to shares in the digital & itellectual equity we have acquired.

I have no idea how to approach this from the sitaution Trespeso is in.
any advice suggestions or Attorney that may be interested in some form of partnership, would be most welcomed.

In some cities in the U.S. there are organized groups of entertainment lawyers who work with struggling artists on a reduced fee basis. Perhaps you can contact one of those groups?
