Dealer trying to manipulate paperwork?
Hi,
I recently bought used car from a dealer.I made a deal him with 10 month Power train and Safety warranty.I signed the papers and asked for a copy.he refused and said he cannot give the papers untill delivery.During the day of delivery i see he made changes to the paper work.It says Power train and safety warranty on purchase contract with no duration specified..But on the warranty form he wrote 10 Month warranty included , i think thats just safety.I think its against the law for him to refuse to give the signed copies. My concern i sthat will the paper work raelly cover power train warranty or just safety.
the statement on warranty form is "cost of both parts and labor necessary to repair any defect that impairs the said used motor vehicle

i think its a power train in which the dealer gives you the warranty of 10 months & its also right that you are refusing him to give the signed copy because its against the law.

its impossible no one can do this, just do one thing try to make laboratory test of fake papers that will show it is fake and not matching to the printing ink of legal authority

Any work which deals with paper work is to be handled carefully as it can result into some loos on part of the dealer. The proper contract should be carried on in the presence of both the parties.

Proper contract shall be made in the presence of both parties. I am a dealer of its power train, you will provide a warranty of 10 months and it is also because of the law against him, refused to provide copies of signed right.
