    I don't think so. As they have no written agreement of that extra charges they can't go to the court. But I think you should talk to them and come for a mutual settlement to keep the relation smooth and okay.

    There should be no problems as there are no written documents of the contract , but I would like to advice you for future that you should always have written agreements for your safety.
