Cellphone Contract problem
I am having so much trouble over this: my cellphone company canceled my existing contract and the pricing, and began to charge me an arm and a leg, not telling me until I get a bill for over $300 dollars. They tell me I was notified, but I wasn't. They want me to resign on a new plan with them for 2 years and they will drop my bill down to the new plan rate. But when they pull tricks like this I don't want anything to do with them. Is this legal? How can I opt out?
