I am interested in find out about suing Microsoft's Xbox live services. I and millions of people around the world have paid for service of using Microsoft’s XBL gaming services. Well at their choice they ban you and will not give you specific details as to this. In my case I paid 59.99 for a one year subscription in advance and only used 2 months of this when I was banned. I called and demanded a pro-rated refund and they simply said no we are keeping your money. I am a 32 year old adult and I find that I work hard for my money as well everyone else. I believe myself and everyone that Microsoft has taking their money and been suspended should be issued a pro-rated refund. Can anyone give me some legal advice on this situation? I personally would love to start a Class Action Lawsuit. Just because Microsoft is the biggest corporation in the world does not mean they can do what they want and not be held accountable.
