Hi,

I am attending a private college and need some advice. i am attending there for about a year now taking a Network Administrator course. Now I am required that at the end of my course to write final exams for certifcation. I recently found out that the exams have expired.. i have explain my concerns many times and have been told its and notthing to worry about. then i recieved an email fom the company and they informed me that yes the had expired and i shoul recieve new books.. but the school still isnt being cooperative. they are giving me one new book but thats all. i still need 4 books to be replaced. they were just going to bring stuff off and i feel this is unexceptable. anyone have any suggestions? this has been going on for the last month... would i beable to use them? any help is greatfully appreciated!!
