    Looking to avoid a broker!!!

Hi everyone, I have to shift from my current place (Delhi) to Mumbai and I am thinking of purchasing an apartment there. I know that the costs will be high and thus I would like to have the minimum expenditure for that. I would like to find some good ones online so that I would not have to hire a broker to do the job as they will make my pockets more light. Please, do suggest me any place to look out for Mumbai apartments.

It is good to save our pocket.Nowadays without the help of brokers you can search for your home at rent in any city with area wise.just check the online real estate sites and fill the needs with different options. These will really work.you will get a call after filling and no need to pay any broker.

But online companies will also charge upon you up to a level. Yah its better to go online in place of manual one.

    Cool

avoid commission is likely to cost you more than the commission in mistakes and missed opportunities
Check out Magicbricks and all also. It's all brokers there, but if you have 30000-40000 extra cash, then go ahead.
