I have a client that is a charity organisation whose employees'taxes have never been paid. They argue that their employees should not be paying tax beacuse they are serving in the worstt of conditiond and to get people to come to Africa to work is not easy. The Revenue Authority in Uganda will not hear of that and may soon attach Company funds on the Bank Account for failing to withhold from its employees. Have you handled a similar situation? please share with me your experience and how you solved the problem.
