    Company Name/Logo Issue

A business acquaintance of mine came up with the name and logo for my company and he is willing to sign over the rights to the name and logo to me to prevent any legal issues. How do we do this? Thank you

You should consult an attorney before doing that it needs some legal actions

You should have your friend sign an Intellectual Property Disclosure, Waiver of Intellectual Property Rights, and Covenant not to Sue. There are sample contracts throughout the internet, or you can have an attorney draw up a contract for you.
