Thread: Creating a Canadian Online Business with American Employees

Hi, I have been searching for ever for information on this topic, perhaps I just don't know the correct terms to search or what.

I have a website that I would like to (with the help of some friends south of the border) grow into a business. I, however, am worried about any legal complexities involved with having a business based in Canada (Ontario) that has several employees who live across the united states. (From both the US and Canadian perspective)
