Looking for an eager attorney who is looking for a great opportunity to use their legal skills for the glory of God. I am in the process of forming a for-profit corporation in Orange County, CA. Because I want to recruit only the most passionate people, I'm looking for someone who doesn't mind to sacrifice a large salary in exchange for ownership in the corporation. The candidate should be a member of the California State Bar. Additionally, he/she can expect 10% ownership of the corporation with about $30k/year plus benefits wrapped in a 2 year employment contract. The company will develop Christian software and websites offering premium content. Our flagship product will be a bible study/memorization/reference/devotional software application. In addition to our "for-profit" activities, we will also offer some free services as an outreach.
