Advice/Information about a customer's right to change the item bought Hi All,
Do small and corporate businesses have a law to allow customers to change the item bought?
I have bought an item January 10, 2010, Sunday. This item is an external device but am not able to use it because of unusual compatibility issue. The product is said to be a "Plug and Play" device which means we just have to plug the device and use it on any computer. But until now, am not able to use the product on my laptop. I like to change the product but Abby Business Corp. (ABC) seems to be not responding on my SMS (text message).
Do I have a right to change the item I bought from them?
