Thread: Conflict of Interest?

I have my own opinion... I want to hear others.


There are two Consultants that are given the responsibility for reviewing contract Bids and recommending to a Board of Directors as to who gets contracts to do work on a project.

There is a construction contract that is tendered out and Companies A, B, C, and D submit a proposal to do the work.

The 1st Consultant out of the two responsible for reviewing and recommending the selection of the contractor, declares a

The presence of a conflict of interest is independent from the execution of impropriety. Therefore, a conflict of interest can be discovered and voluntarily defused before any corruption occurs.
