    question about deed of gift

I have received a deed of gift from VA with the following words:

"this deed of gift, made and entered into ...date...and between xxx, grantors, and me (my name), as tenants by the entirety with right of surviorship as at common law, grantee, whose address is ..."

which does the above words mean?
    1. xxx and I will own the house in va with this deed.
    2. I will own the house in va with this deed.
    3. I will own the house in va if I survive xxx.

    thanks so much!!
