Two Home Loans - Chapter 7

My friend has two home loans and is unable to pay them back. He has no income. Is there a chance for him to get a discharge for both loans if he files for Chapter 7.

Yes, under chapter 7 bankruptcy income isn't a factor, unlike in a chapter 13 bankruptcy case. Chapter 7 bankruptcy will liquidate (sell off) your assets to satisfy the creditors, so both home loans will be discharged.
