    Auto accident w/3rd party

I was injured while working as a driver....Auto accident. Ive been through the nightmare of the workers comp system in Oklahoma. I had a two level back fusion, Knee surgery, Thoracic injury thats to serious of a surgery to attempt unless I NEED to have it done and sexual dysfunction from the back surgery from nerve damage along with some bladder issues.

Im at MMI and my medical bills are well over $550K Im currently being rated and dont have those numbers yet. My question is how will work comp and 3rd party mesh? How will my settlement be combined between the two...I have an attorney for comp and he has little info for 3rd party...I also got an attorney for my 3rd party but we havent had the official meeting yet.

I dont know how this blends....Im not sure how to even make sure my work comp settlement will be calculated...Ive seen the charts but cant make heads or tails because of multiple injuries. Any help or insight would be helpful and appreciated.

    Thanks,
    SD

The above thought is smart and doesn’t require any further addition.
It’s perfect thought from my side.

Each state's workers' compensation laws are different. Generally, however, the comp insurer is entitled to reimbursement from compensation received for the same injuries from a third party. This is called a workers' compensation lien. The comp insurer is paid back out of the settlement or verdict, the attorney's fees are paid out of the settlement or verdict at a rate that may be specified by state law, and the plaintiff receives the balance.

There are different types of auto insurance and they can cover a variety of parties, including the insured driver, the vehicle itself, a third party and in some cases, passengers riding in the insured car or vehicle. The fee charged for auto insurance—called a premium—can depend on a number of factors including the value of the car being insured; the likelihood of accidents in the geographical location of the insured driver; the insured driver's record; any deductibles (a fixed amount of money the insured must pay before insurance begins to cover an event); and more.

These are investment companies. Sounds like a scam to me. I've never heard of an insurance company paying for something because someone made a poor business decision.
