Thread: Truck rear ended my brother 3 times

Hi, while driving on the 401 in traffic a truck driver purposly rear ended my brother 3 times causing damage to his collectors Fiero, and he is now suffering back and neck injuries. He is also in pysio therapy. He wants to press charges, and sue the driver/company, but has no idea what kind of outcome may come of this. What advice can anyone give about his situation and the most he could get for his car and physical damage???

I'm pretty sure there is a police report on the incident. And if thats the case, I can get info that can direct you to the lawyer you will need to speak with and from what i know it's very affordable. I think you should take advice from some auto accident attorney, they well know how to deal with complex accident cases and claim compensation from those responsible for your damages and injuries.

I would imagine you would need to get an attorney... you could go after his insurance and maybe take legal action against him... I am sure there are some great attorneys that you can find on this site...
