    Need legal advice, PLEASE!?

I got into an auto accident. I slid through snow and rear-ended a the car in front of me. At the time, he seemed 100% fine. We made a police report and car insurance information. This was less than a month ago. NOW, I receive a letter from his attorney about personal injuries! I have a really strong feeling this person is trying to get all he can from this situation! Is there a way for me to fight back?! This isn't right!

    Get The Facts

I believe you should talk to a personal injury lawyer to smoothen things out for you. Stop making an assumption, talk to the person you concern and the facts straight. The man has hired a lawyer, you should get one for your defense and to guide you on the steps that you should be making. Not getting one would probably cost you more.

Don't just get any lawyer because then you will loose more money than if you hadn't got one. Find a well qualified lawyer who has good reviews from others.
