    Motorcycle accident and confuse

I was involved in a motorcycle accident in Florida. I had to have knee surgery because of it. I just got an attorney in Florida and now I have concern..It turns out that the person at fault only had $25,000 coverage. Now my attorney is asking about what kind of auto insurance does a person that is living with me has... WHAT DOES THIS MATTER??? Also my personal auto insurance is different policy than my motorcycle..

This other guy is at fault and I am confused why attorney is worried about my insurance. How about we go after this guy and his assets.. But my guess is that the attorney probably wants a out of court settlement... Let me know something here.. Is this normal?

I agree. Try consulting another attorney and see what they say. If you want to take it to court, find an attorney that will help you. But, be prepared for it to take time. The outcome may be better but it could take years. If you find yourself beginning to struggle financially during that period, you may want to look into companies like orchard legal funding. They can help you get a cash advance on your settlement.

Agree with what everyone else has said here. Talk to a couple of different people and decide the best course of action only having done so.

    Sign for what!

A lot of people cant see outside there own cars. There is an area here where the limit reduces temporarily where there is a blind bend under a bridge with a right turn into a junction. You cant see the turn on approach and cant see stationary traffic waiting to turn. Hence the reduction to at least increase the reaction gap and decrease the stopping distance at a lower speed.

But becasue some of the drivers have never seen a car stopped to turn right they dont care or think "ah that sign means that there could be a problem ahead, lets slow down for a few hundred meters". Even though it is very well signposted.

Try to consult some other lawyer about this matter. If they agree with that, then provide your lawyer the information that they need. Anyway, out of court settlement is not a bad course of action at all.
