    Angry insurance wont pay me

the insurance company has been dragging their feet since my November 1 accident. Mr. Crash (not his real name) didn't report the accident, I had to call his company and demand a rental. Mr. Crash took a left turn without looking, pulling right into the path of my vehicle, I had the right of way. Finally got a rental. Waited until just before Christmas when they gave me an offer hoping I would be desperate enough to take it and of course I didn't. they are claiming the accident reconstruction report says that I was going 65.I was not. husband talked to the state trooper who says that they are bluffing, and did I mention we are NOT allowed to see this report. so they want me to say that I am 25 percent at fault for the crash. there is no such thing in kentucky it is a no fault state. its 50 50 or 100 from all that I understand. Did I mention that Mr. Crash is in his 80s? did I also mention the police report states under Mr. Crash's name DRIVER INATTENTION....
We haven't hired a lawyer yet. they are holding our car hostage at the tow yard and have taken our rental away. I have filed a complaint against them with the insurance commissioner. should I get a lawyer? I have an ongoing injury as a result of this accident. Mr. Crash hired a lawyer or so they say yet we have never seen a thing from any lawyer.

If insurance wont pay,the smartest tactic might be to hire a " medical billing advocate" to do battle for you .

You should hire a lawyer. Having a lawyer at your side would inform the other party that you're serious about your claims or complaint.

A car accident lawyer worth their mettle understands the ins and outs of just how insurance agencies work. Because they handle and litigate car accident cases on a regular basis, they know the tricks of the trade that are used by insurance companies to undervalue your claim and pay as little as possible. Experienced car accident lawyers can spot a good deal or know when you deserve more for your claim. Most importantly, they can save you a lot of grief being they can gauge your chances of winning in court should the insurance company refuse to pay a fair value on your claim.

    Insurance wont pay me

Insurance issues are disgusting...they never forget a premium and hardly ever come forward to help when we are at distress...it's better to help a needy than to waste money on the insurance I think.
